Summary

This study tests a special balloon coated with a drug (paclitaxel) to open blocked heart arteries. About 1,200 adults with coronary artery disease will receive either the Prevail balloon or another similar balloon. The goal is to see if the Prevail balloon is safe and works well at keeping arteries open for at least a year.
