Summary
This study follows 300 preterm and full-term infants from birth to age 10 to understand how early kidney development affects future risk of high blood pressure and kidney disease. Researchers use ultrasound and blood/urine tests to track kidney size and function. The goal is to identify at-risk children early so that interventions can prevent adult disease.
