VA rolls out digital shield to stop devastating skin sores in spinal injury patients

Summary
This study is testing a new digital tool designed to prevent serious skin sores in veterans with spinal cord injuries. The tool asks veterans questions about their risks and gives their doctors a report with recommended actions. Researchers will see if using this tool in clinics helps reduce the number of new sores and related hospital visits.
