Summary

This study tests a nasal spray combining two medicines (dexmedetomidine and esketamine) to help children aged 1-6 relax before surgery. The goal is to find the best dose that makes kids calm enough for a smooth start to anesthesia. 80 children will participate, and researchers will measure how quickly the spray works and how well it reduces anxiety.
