New combo therapy aims to improve sarcoma surgery outcomes

Summary

This study tests whether giving a drug called anlotinib along with radiation therapy before surgery can help people with soft tissue sarcoma in the arms, legs, or trunk. About 30 adults will receive this combination to see if it reduces major wound problems after surgery and improves quality of life. The goal is to find a safer and more effective way to treat this type of cancer.
