Summary
This study looks at how safe and doable different amounts of aerobic exercise are for people about to have surgery for solid tumors like breast, endometrial, or prostate cancer. About 60 participants will exercise at home while using apps and devices to track their activity. The goal is to find the best exercise dose and see if it affects recovery or cancer outcomes.
