Summary
This small pilot study is testing a new support program for men about to start hormone therapy and radiation for prostate cancer. The program includes 12 weeks of exercise and a 4-day educational retreat, aiming to help patients better handle treatment side effects. Researchers want to see if patients and their families are willing to join and if the program is practical to run, while checking if it helps maintain quality of life.
