Pre-Surgery 'Boot Camp' aims to protect older cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing a special support program designed to help older women with advanced ovarian cancer better withstand and recover from major surgery. The program includes nutritional advice, physical exercise, and education before surgery, followed by coordinated care during hospitalization and support after going home. Researchers want to see if this comprehensive approach reduces serious complications and improves patients' quality of life after their operation.
