Summary

This study tested whether a 4-week pre-surgery program was practical for older adults with esophageal cancer. The program aimed to improve patients' fitness, nutrition, and sleep before their operation to help them recover better. Researchers enrolled 15 patients to see if they could complete the program's requirements.
