Can a 'Prehab' Tune-Up before cancer surgery speed recovery?
NCT ID NCT07210164
Summary
This study is testing if a special 'prehabilitation' program helps women recover better from surgery for gynecologic cancers like ovarian or endometrial cancer. The program involves tailored exercise and nutritional support before surgery, combined with a proven fast-track recovery plan. Researchers want to see if this approach leads to fewer complications, shorter hospital stays, and a better quality of life after the operation.
