Can getting stronger before surgery help older cancer patients?
NCT ID NCT06412510
Summary
This study is testing if a special exercise and nutrition program, started during chemotherapy before surgery, can help older adults with advanced ovarian or pancreatic cancer. The goal is to see if patients can stick to the program and if it helps them get stronger, improve their nutrition, and have better surgery outcomes. Researchers will compare results from patients in the program to those receiving standard care alone.
