Summary
This study tested a web-based toolkit to help jails provide better care for pregnant people with opioid use disorder. Jail staff used the toolkit and gave feedback through surveys and interviews over 12 months. Pregnant individuals in custody also shared their experiences. The goal was to understand what tools and support jails need to improve care during and after incarceration.
