Summary
This study aims to understand how a mother's heart health during pregnancy affects both her and her baby's outcomes. Researchers will follow 5,000 pregnant women, tracking eight key heart health factors like diet, sleep, and blood pressure. The goal is to gather information to help create better heart health guidelines for future pregnancies.
