Summary

This study is testing whether adding a daily probiotic supplement to a special coenzyme Q10 toothpaste helps improve gum health in pregnant women. Forty participants will receive professional dental cleanings and will use either the toothpaste alone or the toothpaste plus probiotics for six months. Researchers will measure changes in plaque, gum bleeding, and inflammation to see if the combined approach works better.
