Summary
This study aims to find new markers in the blood that can show how the placenta is working and how it responds to low-dose aspirin in pregnant people at risk for preeclampsia. Researchers will collect blood samples from up to 1,000 participants during pregnancy to analyze tiny particles released by the placenta. The goal is to create a better tool for monitoring pregnancy health and understanding how aspirin helps prevent complications.
