Summary
This early-stage study tests a single injection of CBP-4888 in 60 pregnant women hospitalized with preterm preeclampsia, a serious condition causing high blood pressure and organ stress. The goal is to find a safe dose that helps manage the condition until delivery, while monitoring both mothers and their babies for up to 2 years after birth.
