Brain scans and blood tests could predict your best path to walk again

Summary
This study aims to find out why some stroke survivors improve their walking with intense exercise therapy while others do not. Researchers will test 55 Veterans to see if simple blood tests and brain scans taken before and during therapy can predict who will get better. The goal is to help doctors personalize rehabilitation plans so patients get the most effective treatment from the start.
