Summary
This study looked at whether certain markers on immune cells in the blood can predict if multiple sclerosis (MS) will become active again after stopping the drug ozanimod. Researchers planned to follow 23 adults with MS, checking their blood and MRI scans before and after starting or stopping treatment. The goal was to find a way to identify patients at risk of a severe relapse, called a rebound, so doctors can plan safer treatment changes.
