Summary
This study aimed to find the best measurements for predicting metabolic syndrome in people with obesity. Researchers analyzed data from 332 adults, comparing standard body measurements with newer calculations based on waist size and blood tests. The goal was to identify which indicators are most reliable for spotting this cluster of heart disease risk factors.
