Summary
This study aimed to improve how doctors predict whether prostate cancer has spread to nearby lymph nodes. Researchers combined patient information, MRI scans, and genetic data from 367 men who had their prostate removed. The goal was to create a more accurate tool to help decide who truly needs lymph node removal, avoiding unnecessary procedures and their risks.
