French team hunts clues to stop immunotherapy failures in advanced colon cancer

Summary
This study aims to find biological markers that can predict which patients with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer will not respond to a leading immunotherapy drug (pembrolizumab). Researchers will analyze data from 600 patients across France who received this treatment. The goal is to better guide treatment choices, ensuring patients who won't benefit from immunotherapy can try other approaches sooner.
