First seen May 11, 2026 ยท Last updated May 11, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether two simple, non-invasive tests can predict low blood pressure in 70 adults having shoulder surgery in a seated position under general anesthesia. One test uses a finger sensor to measure blood flow, and the other uses ultrasound to check a large vein in the belly. The goal is to help doctors prevent dangerous drops in blood pressure during surgery.
