First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study aims to create a model that predicts which older adults (65+) with early-stage breast cancer are more likely to experience serious side effects from chemotherapy. Researchers will look at clinical factors and blood markers to understand why some patients have more toxicity. The goal is to help doctors personalize treatment and reduce harm. The study involves 700 participants and is not currently recruiting.
