Scientists hunt for early warning signs of dangerous cancer drug reactions

NCT ID NCT07192315

Summary

This study aims to find biological markers that can predict which cancer patients are likely to experience severe side effects from immunotherapy drugs. Researchers will collect various blood and health data from 160 adults with solid tumors before and after they start standard immunotherapy treatment. The goal is to develop a test that identifies high-risk patients early, allowing doctors to monitor them more closely and potentially prevent dangerous complications.
