Summary

This study aims to find biological markers in the brain that can predict how well a person with major depression will respond to different treatments. Researchers will use a special brain imaging technique (TD-fNIRS) to measure blood flow and other signals in 540 adults before they start treatment. The goal is to move away from trial-and-error and toward personalized depression care.
