Summary

This study tested whether wearing a continuous glucose monitor and watching AI-generated health education videos can help people with prediabetes control their blood sugar. Thirty adults with prediabetes participated. The goal was to prevent progression to type 2 diabetes by improving glucose levels and reducing time spent with high blood sugar.
