First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining high-intensity exercise with time-restricted eating (eating only during certain hours) before and during pregnancy can help prevent high blood sugar and gestational diabetes. It involves 167 women who are planning to become pregnant within six months and have certain risk factors like being overweight or having had gestational diabetes before. The main goal is to see if these lifestyle changes improve blood sugar levels during pregnancy.
