First seen Dec 11, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special mammogram risk score can help decide which women with dense breasts should get an MRI after a normal mammogram. About 78 women aged 25-55 with dense breasts and a higher risk score will be invited for MRI. The goal is to see if this approach catches more cancers early and reduces cancers found between regular screenings.
