Summary
This study tests a new type of radiation therapy that uses daily MRI scans to track brain tumors and adjust the radiation beam in real time. It aims to improve control of large or tricky brain metastases while reducing side effects like brain tissue damage. About 200 adults with lung cancer that has spread to the brain will take part. The approach builds on promising early results showing high tumor control and low toxicity.
