Summary

This study tests whether a special MRI scan, called amide proton transfer (APT) imaging, can help doctors target the most aggressive parts of brain tumors during radiotherapy. Twenty adults with glioblastoma or grade 4 astrocytoma will receive either standard radiotherapy or a new APT-guided approach. The goal is to see if the new method reduces tumor activity more effectively.
