Summary
This trial investigates whether giving a personalized dose of alemtuzumab (a drug that calms the immune system) before a stem cell transplant can improve outcomes for people with non-malignant diseases. Researchers aim to find the right dose that balances effectiveness and safety. About 60 participants will receive a tailored dose, and the study will measure whether drug levels in the blood hit a target range on transplant day.
