First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Jun 10, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study tests whether taking prebiotics (a type of fiber) before and after a stem cell transplant can improve gut bacteria diversity in people with multiple myeloma or lymphoma. About 30 participants will receive either prebiotics or a placebo mixed into food. The goal is to see if this simple addition can support recovery and reduce complications.
