Soda swap: could a prebiotic drink tame blood sugar?

Summary
This study looks at whether swapping regular soda for a prebiotic soda can improve blood sugar control in adults with prediabetes. About 224 adults aged 30-70 who drink 2-3 regular sodas daily will replace them with the prebiotic drink. Researchers will measure changes in fasting blood sugar, HbA1c, and insulin levels over time.
