Summary
This study follows healthy people who have family members with ALS and carry genetic risk factors, but don't yet have symptoms. Researchers will track participants over 10+ years to understand what happens in the body before ALS develops and identify early warning signs. Participants travel to Miami every 1-2 years for tests and monitoring.
