Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized exercise program before surgery helps people with soft tissue sarcoma in the leg recover better. Patients receive standard radiation and surgery, but half also do special exercises for 8 weeks beforehand. The goal is to see if this 'prehabilitation' leads to better walking ability, less disability, and improved quality of life after surgery.
