First seen Jan 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a pre-packaged low-residue diet (Maifu Changqing® Complete Nutrition Formula Powder) helps people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) prepare for a colonoscopy more comfortably and with better nutrition. About 1,000 adults with IBD will be randomly assigned to this diet or standard prep. The main goal is to see if the diet cleans the bowel just as well, while also improving patient satisfaction and comfort.
