New brain tumor strategy: zap first, then cut

Summary
This early-stage study is testing if giving a single, high-precision dose of radiation *before* surgery is safe and helpful for patients with aggressive brain tumors (high-grade glioma). The goal is to see if this approach kills more tumor cells while causing less damage to healthy brain tissue, potentially leading to better tumor control with fewer side effects. The study will enroll 28 adults to find the safest and most effective radiation dose.
