Summary

This study tested whether adding the drug fluzoparil to radiation therapy before surgery is safe and effective for adults with soft tissue sarcoma in the arms, legs, or trunk. Fifty-two participants received either radiation alone or radiation plus fluzoparil. The main goal was to see how many had major wound problems within 4 months after surgery.
