Pre-Surgery workout may ease knee replacement recovery

Summary
This study tests whether a special exercise program, guided by a patient navigator, can improve knee pain, stiffness, and function in people waiting for knee replacement surgery. About 84 adults with knee osteoarthritis will take part. The program focuses on exercises done before surgery to help prepare the body and mind.
