First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at whether prayer can change how much pressure people with migraines can tolerate before feeling pain. It also checked if prayer affects anxiety and depression. About 100 people took part, some with migraines and some without. They compared praying to reading a text to see if prayer made a difference.
