Can a prayer app calm your nerves? study investigates
NCT ID NCT05622604
Summary
This study tested whether using a religious mobile app (Pray.com) could help reduce stress in adults who reported feeling highly stressed. Over 300 participants were randomly assigned to either use the app daily, use a specific meditation prayer feature daily, or be in a waitlist group with no app. Researchers measured participants' stress, anxiety, sleep, and well-being over two months to see if the app made a difference.
