First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests if simple breathing exercises (pranayama) can reduce pain and improve comfort for women after a cesarean section. About 100 women who had a planned C-section and feel at least moderate pain will be asked to do these exercises. The goal is to see if this drug-free method can be a helpful addition to standard postpartum care.
