Summary
This study tests whether a small nerve stimulation device can reduce pain and the need for morphine after shoulder surgery. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to receive either standard pain care or the device, which delivers gentle electrical pulses to nerves near the shoulder. The main goal is to see if the device lowers morphine use in the first two days after surgery.
