Summary

This early-stage study tests an experimental drug called pozelimab, given as an injection into the eye, for people with geographic atrophy (GA), a condition that damages the retina and causes vision loss. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and tolerable. About 54 participants will receive different doses to see how the body reacts and whether side effects occur.
