Summary
This study tests an experimental eye injection called ONL1204 in 324 adults aged 55 and older with geographic atrophy, a form of advanced dry age-related macular degeneration that causes blind spots. The goal is to see if the drug can slow the growth of damaged areas in the retina and preserve vision. Participants will receive either the drug or a sham injection, and their eye health will be monitored over time.
