Powerball training may boost arm function in kids with down syndrome
NCT ID NCT07244133
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether using a powerball (a small exercise ball) on a stable surface or on an unstable surface (BOSU ball) can improve upper limb endurance and coordination in children with Down Syndrome. Twenty-eight children aged 6-10 will do 30-minute sessions three times a week for three weeks. Researchers will measure changes using parent reports and coordination tests.
