Summary
This study looked at whether taking a short daily nap could help people sleep better and feel less stressed or depressed. Forty healthy adults who worked either daytime or shift schedules took a 15-30 minute nap each day for six weeks. Researchers measured their sleep quality, stress, and depression levels before and after to see if the naps made a difference.
