Can High-Speed exercise help stroke survivors walk better?

NCT ID NCT06780995

Summary

This study is testing a new exercise program for people recovering from stroke. It compares high-speed 'power training' to standard strength training to see which better improves walking, balance, and strength. Sixty participants, at least six months after their stroke, will be randomly assigned to one of the two exercise groups for 10 weeks.
