First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study looks at whether serving potatoes alongside other vegetables can encourage young children (ages 2-6) to eat more veggies and improve their overall diet. Researchers will measure how much of the non-potato vegetables kids eat when potatoes are included in the meal. The goal is to find simple ways to use a favorite food like potatoes to make meals healthier for children.
