Summary
This study aims to understand how drinking different beverages when breaking the Ramadan fast affects what people eat and drink afterwards, and how they feel. Researchers will compare an electrolyte-carbohydrate drink to plain water in healthy Muslim adults who are fasting. The goal is to gather information on hydration patterns, thirst, mood, and overall wellbeing during Ramadan.
